My Fitness Goal

I have been workikng diligently over the past two weeks to "exercise"
Well, I have been successful at doing cardio workouts 7 out of  9 days.
I have been able to get in 3 miles in one hour my ultimate goal over the next month is
---- to get 4 miles an hour in and feel comfortable doing that and then I need to start adding
some physical work as well - you know - leg exercises and upper body stuff!!

so still trying to figure this out

Bloggin, what to do and how to do it! Just remembering where I put it so I can access it easily is a problem.
