My Fitness Goal

I have been workikng diligently over the past two weeks to "exercise"
Well, I have been successful at doing cardio workouts 7 out of  9 days.
I have been able to get in 3 miles in one hour my ultimate goal over the next month is
---- to get 4 miles an hour in and feel comfortable doing that and then I need to start adding
some physical work as well - you know - leg exercises and upper body stuff!!

Hey we should exercise together. Remind me to tell you about the Tracy Family Wellness Challenge. It would be a good addition to what you are already doing. You go girl!!!! Keep up the good work.
